Son Of Drumscapes is Northstar's hot sampling CD.  A little more spit, a little more grease, Son Of Drumscapes gets current with today's sound.  Live drumming perfected and mixed to two track digital using state-of-the-art digital reverbs, effects and limiters.  All drums and drums only, Son Of Drumscapes is performed by Mark Schulman of Simple Minds. Mark has performed and recorded with the likes of Cher, Stevie Nicks, Foreigner, Billy Idol, Dave Koz, the Pointer Sisters, Bobby Caldwell and Richard Marx.  Each of the 10 stereo drum performances contains nine sections: Intro, Verse 1 and 2, Verse 1B and 2B, Chorus 1, 2, 3, and Bridge, in complete song form for song writers.  This also allows producers to digitally edit any section and "loop" it with a sampler or restructure the song.  In addition, since Son Of Drumscapes contains samples of each drum hit, the samples can be re-triggered or re-sequenced to add entirely new parts.  Finally as a first, Son Of Drumscapes contains all the fills with complete "tails" to construct overlaps to loops with seamless moves.  Once the stereo rhythm section is complete, the song can be layered with bass, keyboard, guitars, vocals... it's your song!  We've also thrown in some extra short snippets for fun.

Son Of Drumscapes is sold without license or royalty, however the simple acknowledgement of its use on a project is required.  This is the perfect master rhythm track for songwriters, producers, instrumentalists and even drummers.
