The Wizard is a CD-ROM for the Emulator III/X/ESI/E4 which incorporates 58 banks. It has been described as existing somewhere between magic and light, between music and sound effects. The Wizard is perfect for film and video, as well as for pro music effects. Developed by Arne Schulze an award winning Los Angeles based sound designer, The Wizard contains sounds used on such films as Stephen King's "Lawnmower Man" and "The Tommy-Knockers". Sound designers from Frank Serafine to Randy Thom of Skywalker Ranch have used The Wizard. There is nothing like it!

The Wizard can be defined in terms of musical ambiences and effects. Each bank (listed above) has been fully engineered and designed by Northstar for optimum creative control with modulation wheel mixing. There are 546 samples and 1891 presets contained on the 58 banks. And now at $195, that's less than $5 per bank!
